In this role you will find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You'll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have talent in software sales and experience in customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain high levels of prospecting activity and the ability to quickly establish credibility and trusted relationships with prospects.
- Develop and lead compelling, high-impact online software demos; maintain, update and improve the software demonstration environment and related tools.
- Actively drive the solution and technology evaluation stages of the sales process with prospects of various levels (basic understanding of APIs, databases, domains, etc).
- Help organizations improve their alumni/constituent engagement strategies
- Bring your thinking, strategies and ideas to advance our company's values, culture and vision for the future.
Requirements:
- Initiative to find or create the resources and lead generation efforts needed to be successful in this role
- Experience with SaaS & cloud-based software, enthusiasm for using and explaining their benefits.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to balance multiple prospective customer conversations at varying stages.
